Kid in the Window

"Kid in the Window" refers to a short story written by Johnny reflecting on his childhood.  It was this time as a child where daydreaming was used as an escape from his small inner city apartment.  "What I didn't realize is I was honing a skill. I would place drama, tension and backstory where it did not exist. That's storytelling."

The storyteller

"I was always a daydreamer, still am, but it was in college where I fell in love with story telling.  Using words to set a mood or elicit an emotional response became a challenge and an addiction.  Now, I put my daydreams to work in the creation of short stories, my blog and in my upcoming novel -In A Bold Manner"

They don’t mess with pounds and ounces. They’re dealing in kilos.

Got to respect that.
